What to Expect
Your Appointment
We’ll begin by discussing your desired color and finish. Your lip color is custom mixed specifically for you, and topical numbing is used throughout the procedure for comfort.
The First Few Days
Your lips will initially appear brighter and more saturated than the final result. Mild swelling, tenderness and dryness can be normal immediately afterward.
Healing
As your lips heal, the color will soften significantly. Flaking typically occurs during the early healing stage, and the color may temporarily appear very light before settling into the final result.
Your Final Result
Once healed, your lip blush will look softer and more natural than it did immediately after the appointment. A touch-up may be recommended to perfect color retention and achieve your desired result.

Topical numbing is used before and throughout the procedure for comfort. Most clients experience minimal discomfort.

Absolutely. Your color and saturation are customized to your preferences. Lip blush initially appears much brighter and more saturated, then softens significantly as it heals.

Results can last up to 3+ years, although longevity varies based on your chosen color, lifestyle, skin and aftercare. Some clients choose to refresh their color sooner to maintain a more saturated result.

Not everyone will need one at the same time. Pigment retention varies from person to person. Once your lips are fully healed, we can determine whether additional color or refinement would benefit your result.
